Step 1: Enter the following link to your ReconLog's "GR Security" page under "Remote
Ban List":
http://www.replaycommittee.com/Remote_Ban/banlist.txt

Step 2: Then you'll
need to restart Reconlog and GR. If everything went well, you should see an
entry in your log like this one:
SYST: 2009/01/04 16:22:25 Remote Bans Added - 9
Note: These instructions can be used by any server admin that is currently using ReconLog Version: V3.16.0.0 or higher.
