Any Mod that is "Server -Side".
Any Mod that enhances your Single Player mode that can't be carried over too Multiplayer giving an unfair advantage.
CommandMap Overlays
Anyone of the variety that is available for download including the TAG CommandMap Overlays.
Game engine flaws that when gaming you must be careful to ensure your fully aware of such flaws/exploits.
# Laying prone while on inclines placing yourself in a glitch.
# Crater Glitches
# Normal peeks which places you in a glitch causing you to bleed through solid object.

Cheats of any description giving you an advantage
This includes all file altering and downloadable cheats/hacks along with any Server hacks of any description.
Added key presses/mouse movement which result in key board/mouse combos that was never intended to be in the game but found by trail and error after game release. These key presses/mouse movement then created a new body movement which wasn't given in the manual or as default key options.

Exceptions to the rules
All members who are part of the Replay Committee can run at any time and have active there Tools of the Trade while checking on a player in the server. There also exempt from the above Mod rules due to the mods the committee uses.
